このたび、ブラック企業大賞企画委員会は、12月5日（水）14:00～15:00に「第7回ブラック企業大賞2018」のノミネート企業を発表する記者会見を行います。
記者会見の終了後に、本ウェブサイトにノミネート企業を掲載し、皆様からのウェブ投票を開始いたします。

授賞式＆シンポジウム
パワハラ、セクハラ、残業代未払い、?時間労働、派遣差別、偽装請負・・・。日本の労働環境はいまますます悪化の一途をたどっています。それらの職場はここ数年で「ブラック企業」と称され、社会的にも注目されつつあります。しかし個別事例の調査やその問題の発信・解決も簡単ではなく、ブラック企業で働く当事者は、不当な処遇を受けていても声をあげられる状況ではありません。さらにはブラック企業を生み出す社会・経済的な構造についての分析も不十分であるため、きわだったブラック企業の存在は一時的に取り上げられても、企業全体・働く場全体の質の向上にはなかなか結びついていません。
そこで私たちは、ブラック企業の個別の事例はもちろんのこと、それら企業を生み出す背景や社会構造の問題を広く伝え、誰もが安心して働ける環境をつくることをめざして2012年に「ブラック企業大賞」を立ち上げました。今年で7回目を迎える2018年は、12月23日に授賞式＆シンポジウムを開催します！ 多くの話題と批判を集めた企業をノミネートし、その実態と問題の背景・原因を鋭くつっこみます。ぜひ多くの方の参加をお待ちしています。
