最悪の企業はどこ？どうすれば闘える？
第6回 ブラック企業大賞2017授賞式＆シンポジウム
パワハラ、セクハラ、残業代未払い、長時間労働、派遣差別、偽装請負・・・。
日本の労働環境は、ますます悪化の一途をたどっています。それらの職場はここ数年で「ブラック企業」と称され、社会的にも注目されつつあります。しかし個別事例の調査やその問題の発信・解決も簡単ではなく、ブラック企業で働く当事者は、不当な処遇を受けていても声をあげられる状況ではありません。さらにはブラック企業を生み出す社会・経済的な構造についての分析も不十分であるため、きわだったブラック企業の存在は一時的に取り上げられても、企業全体・働く現場全体の質の向上にはなかなか結びついていません。
そこで私たちは、ブラック企業の個別の事例はもちろんのこと、それら企業を生み出す背景や社会構造の問題を広く伝え、誰もが安心して働ける環境をつくることをめざして「ブラック企業大賞」を立ち上げました。１２月２３日、その授賞式＆シンポジウムを開催します！ぜひ多くの方の参加をお待ちしています。
